In short: we agree the scope and price in writing before work starts, you pay ad platforms directly for ad spend, and we can't promise specific results — but we do promise careful, transparent work.

2. Scope
These terms apply to the use of this website and to all services we provide. If we sign a separate written agreement with you, that agreement takes priority over these terms where the two differ.
3. Our services
- Advertising campaign strategy — research and a written advertising strategy. Prices from €1,000.
- Ad account management — setting up, running and maintaining advertising accounts. Prices from €500.
- Ad performance for Latvian companies — audit, tracking repair and rebuilding of existing advertising. Prices from €3,000.
The descriptions on this website are general. The exact scope of each project is set out in our written offer.
4. Offers and agreements
Before starting work, we send you a written offer with the scope, timeline, price and payment terms. An agreement is formed when you accept the offer in writing, including by email, or when we sign a separate agreement. Changes to the scope are agreed in writing and may change the price.
5. Prices and payment
Prices on this website are starting prices in euros. The final price is the one stated in the accepted offer. VAT is applied in accordance with Latvian law and shown on the invoice. Invoices are paid by bank transfer within the term stated on the invoice. If payment is late, we may pause work until it is received and charge statutory late-payment interest.
6. Ad spend and advertising platforms
Our fees cover our work only. Money spent on advertising is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms, such as Meta, Google, TikTok or LinkedIn, under their own terms. Ad accounts are registered to you, and you keep full access to them.
Platforms make their own decisions about ad approval, delivery, account restrictions and policy. We follow their rules and help you resolve issues, but we are not responsible for decisions made by the platforms or for interruptions to their services.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give us the access, information and approvals we need, on time.
- Make sure the information you provide is accurate.
- Make sure you have the rights to all materials you give us, such as logos, images and texts.
- Make sure your products, offers and landing pages comply with the law and with the platforms' advertising policies.
- Have a lawful basis for any customer data you ask us to use, for example for audience targeting.
8. Results
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, prices, website, competition, the market and the platforms' algorithms. We work with care and professional skill, but we do not guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, costs or return on ad spend, unless a written agreement explicitly says so.
9. Intellectual property
Once the agreed price is paid in full, you may use the strategies, reports, ad texts and other materials we create for you for your own business. We keep the rights to our general methods, templates and know-how. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may mention you as a client without disclosing confidential details.
10. Confidentiality and personal data
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide our services. Where we process personal data on your behalf — for example inside your ad accounts — we do so as your processor under a data processing agreement. More details are in our Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under an agreement is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the three months before the event that caused the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost data, or for losses caused by advertising platforms or other third parties. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
12. Ending the work
Either party may end ongoing services with written notice as set out in the offer or agreement. Work completed up to the end date is paid for. Either party may end the agreement immediately if the other seriously breaches it and does not fix the breach within a reasonable time after written notice. When work ends, we remove our access to your accounts and hand over the materials you have paid for.
13. Using this website
The content of this website is for general information and may change without notice. You may not copy the website's design or content for commercial use without our permission, or use the site in a way that harms it or other users. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms and all agreements with us are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We will first try to resolve any dispute through negotiation. If that fails, the dispute will be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer, this does not affect the protection you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page on the date you accept our offer applies to that agreement. Questions about these terms? Email elinaaolo177@outlook.com or call +371 20536102.
